Dr. Bill Winston

Dr. Bill Winston is the visionary founder and pastor of Living Word Christian Center, a non-denominational church located in Forest Park, Illinois, and Tuskegee Christian Center in Tuskegee, Alabama.

Other entities under his leadership include nationally accredited Joseph Business School in Forest Park, with eleven other partnership locations across the U.S. and internationally; Living Word School of Ministry and Missions; Forest Park Plaza (a 33-acre shopping mall); Washington Plaza (in Tuskegee); and Golden Eagle Aviation among others.

He’s also the founder of Bill Winston Ministries (a ministry outreach that shares the Gospel through television, radio, and other media), and president and founder of Faith Ministries Alliance (FMA), an alliance of more than 540 churches and ministries in over 30 cities and eight countries that are under Dr. Winston’s ministerial covering and leadership. FMA’s influence reaches approximately 108,200 people in the U.S. and overseas.

He has served as President, Geographies and Marketplace at NIKE, Inc. since May 2023, where he leads NIKE’s four geographies and marketplace across its direct and wholesale business in addition to leading NIKE’s supply chain and logistics. From January 2019 until May 2023, he served as President of Jordan Brand at NIKE, Inc., where he led a cross-functional team focused on the brand’s vision, strategy and global revenue growth.
Prior to joining Nike, Inc., Mr. Williams was the Senior Vice President, The Coca-Cola Co. and President of The Global McDonald’s Division (TMD) from January 2016 to January 2019, where he was responsible for brand and category growth. During his time at The Coca-Cola Co.,Mr. Williams was a Global Marketing Director at CIBA Vision Corporation, a contact lenses and lens care product manufacturer, a brand management executive at Kraft Foods Inc., and served as a Naval Nuclear Power Officer in the U.S. Navy.

Dia Nichols

Dia is a seasoned executive and inclusive, solutions-driven leader. He serves as President of Advocate Health Care, one of the largest private employers and the largest health system in Illinois, overseeing 11 hospitals and more than 250 sites of care. Dia previously served as the President of Advocate Lutheran General Hospital and the Central Chicagoland Area for Advocate Health Care. Prior to joining the organization, he held various leadership positions at HCA Healthcare. Dia is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and a member of the National Association of Health Services Executives. He sits on the Ravinia Festival Association Board, the Illinois American Cancer Society Board, and the Illinois Health and Hospital Association Board, where he chairs the finance committee.

Charles Payne

Charles V. Payne is the Chief Executive Officer and Principal Analyst of Wall Street Strategies, Inc. (WSSI), which he founded in 1991. With less than $10,000.00 in start up capital and working from his apartment, he launched WSSI to provide a unique brand of stock market advice. Through this service, subscribers (money managers and individual investors) began to reap sizeable profits and the firm developed a national reputation as provider of timely and effective equity analysis. Today, WSSI provides information to over 120,000 registered subscribers, in more than 60 countries as well as several of the largest bank/brokerage firms. Charles oversees a team of stock analysts that cover specific industry groups, in addition to monitoring the entire market and individual sectors on his own.

Charles' passion for the stock market began when he was 14 years old. He told his mother then that one day, he would work on Wall Street.

Dr. Wendy Borlabi

For the past eight years, Dr. Wendy Borlabi (Dr. B) served as the Director of Mental Performance and Health for the Chicago Bulls and will begin her new role as the Chicago Bulls sport psychology consultant in the 2024/2025 season. She is also the founder of Borlabi Consulting, a performance psychology firm. In addition, she is the Executive Director/Founder of Wisdom Knot which is a nonprofit that focuses on educating inner city youth on careers in sports beyond being an athlete.

Previously, she worked as a sport psychologist for the United States Olympic Committee (USOC) at their training center in San Diego for six years (two Winter Olympic and one Summer Olympic Games). In this time, she worked with Olympic hopefuls and Olympians in the area of mental performance.

At James Madison University (JMU) Dr. B worked for five years as the liaison between athletics and the Counseling and Student Development Center (CSDC). In those five years, she began the sport psychology services for  student-athletes, coaches and athletic department. In addition, she facilitated the development of the sport psychology department as a division of the JMU athletic department.

She received a B.S. in Psychology from Southwestern Oklahoma State University, a M.S. in Kinesiology with a concentration in Sport Psychology from Georgia Southern University, and a doctorate in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Sport Psychology and Exercise Psychology at Argosy University/Phoenix.

Dr. B lives in Chicago with her twelve-year-old boy/girl twins.
